Return Policy:
- Customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring all returned items.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Items with box scratches cannot be returned to manufacturer and are therefore not eligible for credit.
- Items must be double-boxed for shipping.
- Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Items that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of original receipt if not in original packaging.
- We will now accept refunds for up to one year, ONLY if the item is in its original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any return or exchange unless it was our error.
- No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all return credits.
- Shipping and handling will not be credited on returns.
- No returns or exchanges on closeout items.
- Refunds may take up to 15 days after receipt of returned product.
- All refunds are sent by check for accounting purposes.
